2024 UofL School of Dentistry Student Uniforms

PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION

• Each student is allowed 5 sets (1 pant & 1 top per set)
  • Each set must be matching in color and brand.
  • Approved colors are Pewter (dark grey), Black, and Red
  • Brands:
    • Healing Hands Purple Label (HH)
    • Cherokee Revolution (CR)
  • Please see pdf attachment below for approved styles
• White Coats cannot be returned once embroidered. If you cannot find your corresponding lab coat style and size to try on, please wait and try them on in our store. Lab coat sizes vary by brand and style.

NOTES:

• • Allow 1.5 – 2 weeks for your order to be ready for pick up.
    • Please order your scrubs ASAP, so that you can be in the scrubs by August 5th.
    • White Coats cannot be returned once embroidered. If you cannot find your corresponding lab coat style and size to try on, please wait and try them on in our store, as lab coat sizes vary by brand and style.

If you are out of town and cannot come in to Cardinal Uniforms & Scrubs, please email your order to Kayla@cardinalscrubs.com. Include name, phone number, scrub styles, sizes, colors, qty, and how you would like your name to appear on lab coat if ordering lab coat via email also.

Only the Cardinal Uniforms located at 3938 Dupont Circle, Louisville, KY 40207 is set up to serve this program.
